Yoga ~ What a Beautiful Thing

Yoga is an amazing form of exercise that helps strengthen, stretch and de-stress the body, and focus and decompress the mind. But the real beauty of yoga is much more than what we can do on our mats. Yogis choose to practice mindfulness and awareness even when we aren’t doing yoga. Our practice teaches us that there is no such thing as judgement or failure. If we fall out of a pose, we simply smile and get back into it. Such is the same about life.
