Agata’s yoga journey began in the summer of 2013. It found her when she needed it most. Working a job in corporate sales had left her burnt out. Right at the start yoga let her realize how her connection with herself got lost and created space for an incredible inward journey. Yoga practice breathed fresh life into her. Inspired, she dove head first into this new lifestyle. Agata wanted to give back to the community that gave her so much so she enrolled in the 200 HR Power and Hot yoga Teacher Training through NEXT yoga. She found Traditional Hot Yoga to be her true passion. The strong commitment to the physical rigor strengthened her physical body which eventually translated into emotional stability and mental clarity. She wanted to help and let others discover the true benefits of unifying breath, body and mind. With her linguistic background teaching English as a Foreign Language abroad she has come full circle and realized teaching has always been her true calling.

When she’s not at NEXT yoga you can find her out in nature spending time with her dog, snowboarding in the mountains of Colorado, or at home raising her son.
