Instructor / 200 RYTAs a lifelong athlete, Barb sought out yoga over 20 years ago as relief from the physical stresses of training. She was quickly hooked and has stayed in yoga for its’ power in transforming the whole self, internal and external. Having been a teacher and coach for all of her adult life, Barb enjoys guiding others toward quiet minds and open hearts in the nonjudgmental atmosphere of her yoga classes. Barb is also passionate keeping up with her study of yoga through workshops and classes. Barb enjoys time with her husband, two adult sons, daughter-in-law and one spoiled dog. Cycling, hiking and enjoying lake life at a nearby WI home are also on her list of favorite things to do.
