Instructor / 200 RYTChristiane started her Yoga journey in 2018 and found that by making yoga a regular practice she felt better physically and mentally. Yoga is a full body workout including physical practice, breathing, and calming the mind. Modifications to fit your body and flexibility are encouraged, so Yoga truly is for everyone. Christiane discovered she was able to incorporate many of her Yoga practices in her daily activities. She wanted to learn more about Yoga and spread the knowledge to others. Christiane completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2022 and is currently working on her 500 hour teacher training.
