Instructor / 200 RYTCira was first introduced to yoga at age 13 when her middle school offered it as an alternative to PE and found that she loved it. Years later, she rediscovered the practice while desperately trying to find an outlet for her stress and anxiety. She practiced on and off throughout college and finally settled into her dedicated practice in 2018. She has been practicing at NEXT yoga for many years, and recently earned her 200 RYT. Cira's goal is to help her students find proper alignment, a sense of calm, and an open heart during her classes.
