Instructor / 200 RYTErin has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Initially, she fell in love with yoga for the physical benefits. No other form of exercise offered the strength that she found through yoga. What she came to discover is that yoga is so much more than just a workout; the practice exercises and nurtures not only the body, but also the mind and soul. Erin believes that yoga has something different to teach us each and every time we practice. She recently completed her 200 HR Teacher Training through NEXT yoga and is a Neurosurgical Nurse Practitioner, specializing in complex spine . When Erin isn't practicing yoga, she is spending time with her husband and two children.
