Yoga came into Lauren’s life in a very organic way. She was in need of an outlet for daily stressors, and yoga simply “found” her. Lauren left her first class feeling like a weight had been lifted off of her shoulders, and knew immediately that she wanted to bring that feeling into the lives of others. It wasn’t long before she had completed her 200 RYT, Sculpt, and Hot yoga trainings at NEXT yoga. Fitness is an integral part of Lauren’s life, but yoga took it beyond the just the physical. Her practice has helped better her life in every way; body, mind, and spirit. Lauren hopes to bring these same benefits into the lives of everyone who flows with her.
