Stacee Nault

Instructor
Stacee began her yoga practice in 1996 when she was a professional dancer in New York City. Coming from the competitive and often harsh dance world, yoga taught Stacee to treat her body with compassion, patience and gratitude. With this kinder approach, her strength and flexibility grew more in a few months than it had after years of dance training. But the most incredible realization was that she could feel both powerful and peaceful at the same time.
In 2001, Stacee completed her first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification in the Anusara/Iyengar style and taught yoga in Los Angeles for several years.
Stacee, who also holds a BFA in Dance, later became the lead dance and yoga teacher for the educational department of the 5th Avenue Theater in Seattle, WA. She weaved yoga into every class she taught and instilled in her young students the importance of nurturing both body and mind.
Upon moving to Chicago with her husband and two kids in 2015, she completed a second 200 hour Certification earning an E-RYT 200 status through Yoga Alliance. As a long time practitioner, Stacee has experienced the transformative power of yoga time and time again. Her class is a rigorous and inspirational flow with an emphasis on alignment, breath and connecting to the innate power and wisdom within each of us.
