8 things to remember when going through tough times.

1. Everything can – and will – change.

2. You’ve overcome challenges before.

3. It’s a learning experience.

4. Not getting what you want can be a blessing.

5. Allow yourself to have some fun.

6. Being kind to yourself is the best medicine.

7. Other’s people negativity isn’t worth worrying about.

8. And there is always, always, always, something to be thankful for.

NEXT yoga studios are NOW OPEN!!
We have a whole new set of safety protocols we are implementing to keep everyone healthy. You should have gotten an email with the new guidelines but if you haven’t, please email casey@next-yoga.com. Our studios will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each class.

Not ready to join us in person quite yet? That’s completely okay! Make sure to take advantage of our virtual membership special of only $39 a month (normally $49).
