Prenatal Yoga Training

Much like other types of childbirth-preparation classes, Prenatal Yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Research suggests that Prenatal Yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.

Prenatal Yoga can:

·       Improve sleep

·       Reduce stress and anxiety

·       Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth

·       Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath

Prenatal Yoga can also help women meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare for the stress of being a new parent.

Learn the fundamentals of yoga & fitness during pregnancy, how to empower students to continue and adapt their movement and fitness regimen through pre- and post-natal, and what tools to offer for the physical and mental changes women experience. Take away safe asana sequences, pranayama and meditation exercises that can support moms-to-be, both during pregnancy and in the birthing process.

TIMES: Fri 5:30 - 10pm, Sat 7am - 9pm, Sun 7am - 3pm (CENTRAL TIME)
COST: $495 early bird (up to 30 days prior) / $695 regular
