Yoga Sculpt is a high-intensity, unique yoga practice that incorporates resistance interval training, free weights and cardiovascular exercise into traditional power yoga sequences. Yoga Sculpt can be used as yoga for weight loss by using elastic bands and gliding discs to deepen the power of your yoga practice while toning every main muscle group of your body. These yoga classes improve your focus for inner and outer body strength, balance, flexibility, all while rocking out to loud, energizing music.
Drink lots of water before and after all yoga classes. Hydration is key! Since the room is heated, you’ll be sweating more, so bring extra water for class and an extra towel to wipe your face and prevent slipping.
