Mantras are a great tool for you to enjoy during your yoga class. They are a way to create mindfulness and deeply ground you. Mantras allow us to slow down and enjoy the moment no matter what we are facing in our daily lives.
The next time you feel like you can’t control your thoughts and you feel as if you are losing confidence in your abilities, remember that you have already found your purpose. Stay strong and know that you are unique and worthy.
