yoga teacher training

Mantras are a great tool for you to enjoy during your yoga class. They are a way to create mindfulness and deeply ground you. Mantras allow us to slow down and enjoy the moment no matter what we are facing in our daily lives.

The next time you feel like you can’t control your thoughts and you feel as if you are losing confidence in your abilities, remember that you have already found your purpose. Stay strong and know that you are unique and worthy.

Here Are 10 Powerful Mantras For Yoga Retreat:

1. What you seek is seeking you

2. Inhale confidence, exhale doubt

3. Starve the ego, feed the soul

4. I am learning, growing, evolving, and expanding

5. It’s my time and I’m ready for it

6. Choose purpose over perfection

7. Find your fire

8. Rule your mind or it will rule you

9. Be someone you want to be around

10. I am flexible and open to change

Chant them to yourself before yoga class. And if you choose to

incorporate them into your daily life, their positive effects will

immediately shine through!
