NEXT Power 1
Find your foundation. NEXT Power 1 is designed to set you up for success and build your yoga practice. Not only will you learn the fundamentals of NEXT Power yoga, but you will also build strength, increase flexibility, and gain focus.

NEXT Power 2
Move, sweat, and breathe. The possibilities are limitless! NEXT Power 2 will challenge your mind, body, and spirit. This class will push your strength, balance, and flexibility to new heights with strength demanding postures and dynamic flow.

Yoga Sculpt
Rock Your Body! This class is a unique blend of free weights, cardio, and power yoga. Strengthen and tone every main muscle group of your body while rocking out to loud, energizing music.

Traditional Hot
Bring On the Heat! Traditional Hot yoga is unlike any other yoga class. Designed to scientifically heal your body from the inside out. A set sequence comprised of 26 postures that will strengthen, detoxify, and revitalize your body. Boost your immune system, stimulate your metabolism, and reduce stress in 105 degrees.

Senior Yoga
It’s never too late to enjoy the many health benefits of yoga. Senior yoga is designed specifically for individuals ages 50 and up, as well as those who live each day with chronic health issues. Guaranteed to increase mobility, energize the mind, and heal the body.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga consists of poses held for long periods of time in order to stretch and lengthen the deep connective tissue in the body. A therapeutic class designed to increase range of motion, lower blood pressure and heart rate while stimulating the endocrine, digestive, and immune systems. Highly recommended for athletes.

Barre Burn
Tone, strengthen, and engage your body in ways that you didn’t know you could. We will focus on every muscle group to give you a balanced, low impact, high energy, and effective workout. Take your fitness to another level!

Yoga Nidra
Often referred to as “yoga sleep” is the deepest possible state of relaxation. Yoga Nidra will aid in sleep disorders, ease tension, depression, reduce anxiety, high blood pressure, and PTSD.

Aerial Yoga
A whole new world! Aerial yoga is fun, upbeat and also offers elements of elegance and grace. Using fabric hammocks, you will learn the basics of aerial yoga in a safe and confidence-building environment. Experience a new level of awareness as we flow and fly through traditional yoga positions with a twist!

Sound Healing Meditation
Sound meditation is a powerful tool into the transformative power of meditation. This practice can help ease sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, addiction and promote a sense of well being. Close your eyes, breathe as wave after wave of sound from Tibetan bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, and Chimes washes over you.

HIIT is a high-intensity workout designed to push you to your limits. This 30-minute fast paced class will consist of cardio and exercises with little to no equipment. Conquer this quick workout while burning up to 400 calories.

BARRE HIIT classes will combine periods of high and low intensity movement for optimal cardiovascular results. The heart rate is elevated and brought down throughout the class, while recovery periods remain active. Weights and other props will be used to give you a full body, heart pumping workout!
