NEXT Power Yoga

Ignite your energy and elevate your practice. This heated vinyasa flow is set in a room warmed to 95–97 degrees to support mobility, amplify detoxification, and deepen your connection to breath. Each class is thoughtfully and intelligently sequenced by your instructor to build strength, improve flexibility, and challenge balance while encouraging presence and focus. Expect to move dynamically, sweat intentionally, and leave feeling empowered from the inside out.

Yoga Sculpt

Where strength meets sweat. This high-intensity class fuses power yoga with strength training and cardio bursts for a full-body workout that builds lean muscle, boosts metabolism, and enhances endurance. Set in a heated room at 93 degrees with added humidity, you’ll move through dynamic sequences incorporating free weights, bands, bodyweight exercises, and energizing music to keep you motivated.  

Designed to challenge both body and mind, Yoga Sculpt improves flexibility, balance, and mental focus. It’s an ideal complement to your yoga practice, offering a fresh way to elevate your fitness routine.

Traditional Hot

Turn up the heat and settle into the structure. This is the classic 26-posture hot yoga sequence, rooted in the traditional Bikram method and condensed into a powerful 60-minute class. Practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees with high humidity, each session flows through 40 minutes of standing poses followed by 20 minutes on the floor—delivering consistency, discipline, and results.

This sequence is designed to improve overall health by systematically working every muscle, joint, and organ in the body —boosting circulation, improving flexibility, enhancing lung capacity, and promoting detoxification. It’s a great option if you’re recovering from wrist or shoulder injuries, or simply want a break from vinyasa-style flows. If you love routine and want to see progress through repetition, this class is for you.

Restorative Yoga

Slow down, reset, and restore. This deeply calming practice focuses on long-held, supported poses designed to stretch and release tension in the deep connective tissues. Set in a gentle 85-degree heat with no humidity, the class promotes deep relaxation while increasing range of motion, lowering stress, and soothing the nervous system.

Restorative Yoga stimulates the body’s healing systems—improving circulation, supporting the endocrine system, and boosting immunity. It’s perfect for those seeking relief from stress and anxiety, or anyone needing a mindful break from the intensity of everyday life.

Senior Yoga

It’s never too late to begin your yoga journey. This class is specifically designed for individuals 50 and up, or anyone navigating chronic health concerns. Through gentle, mindful movements and the support of a chair, you’ll increase mobility, improve balance, and enhance flexibility—while soothing the mind and energizing the body.

Senior Yoga also helps promote joint health, reduces stress, and fosters mental clarity, all in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a rejuvenating way to strengthen the body and calm the mind.
