Foot & Ankle Mobility Workshop - Part Two

Your feet are your foundation.  When your feet function well, your whole body benefits with better stability,mobility, and longevity. Join Jane for an educational and experiential workshop focused on improving foot and ankle strength,mobility, balance and range of motion.  You'll also learn self-myofascial massage techniques using Yoga Tune Up®therapy balls included in the cost of the workshop. Part 2 takes you deeper with advanced drills and poses to expand mobility and prevent injuries-perfect for anyone ready to move with confidence. Attendance at the Foot/Ankle Mobility Workshop Part 1 is not required.

Traditional Hot Yoga Adjustments

Sunday, April 12th @1pm-2:30pm

Join Sarah + Casey as we correct and adjust your traditional hot practice. You’ll be physically adjusted as well as verbally told exactly how to fix your alignment throughout class. We’ll take an extra 15 minutes after class for any questions you may have about alignment, or to get clarity on anything else you’ve been curious about. To ensure that everyone gets adjusted, this is a limited class size.
