
You have 26 bones, 33 joints, and over 13 muscles in your foot. Your ability to get up and down, to walk, to balance and to play sports calls on the strength of the muscles within your feet. These muscles need to be strong enough to keep your entire body moving as smoothly (and as long) as possible. Join Jane for an afternoon of learning how to increase mobility, strength, balance, and range of motion in your feet and ankles. This workshop will include instruction on the use of Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls for self myofascial massage, included in the workshop cost foreach participant.

As the days grow shorter and we lose the light to autumn's quiet embrace, we gather in yoga practice to observe the turning of time. Join us for a deeply meditative sound healing, slow flow practice designed to restore inner harmony. This special session weaves together calming, rhythmic flow with the live resonance of healing instruments to gently soothe the nervous system. As we honor the turning of the season, we’ll release the intensity of summer and ground into the steady calm of autumn. All levels welcome.
